How to take it
The dose
Half a milliliter (1/2 ml) three times daily, or as directed by your physician — one and a half milliliters a day in total. A half-milliliter dose is roughly fifteen drops. A 2oz bottle is about forty days at that rate, and the dose does not step up over time.
The taste
A concentrated extract is strong. If you are not used to herbal extracts yet, mix each dose into tea, juice or water. The glycerin base is mildly sweet, so it takes to a cup of tea well.
