This is a herbal supplement. Fenugreek, wild yam and saw palmetto, in an extract and a capsule, taken daily over months.

How to take it
The extract
Start at half a milliliter (roughly 15 drops) three times daily and step up weekly as the Dosage Guide sets out, to a maximum of 5 ml a day. It tastes strong — mix it into tea, juice or water, or into Bust Tea.
The capsules
Start at one capsule three times daily and work up to three capsules three times daily — nine a day, which is what the programme is built around. Do not go above it.
Massage, part of the programme
Mix about 1 ml of the extract into a lotion — cocoa butter or aloe vera work well — and massage it in once a day, with a warm towel or heating pad afterwards when you can. Twice daily if you have time; once is enough.
Measure before you start
Bust size: around the fullest part of your chest. Band size: around your ribs, beneath it. Record both before your first dose, then monthly in the Log. Change is gradual and far easier to see in writing than in the mirror.
