Muira Puama Concentrated Extract
Our alcohol-free Greenbush Muira Puama extract is a natural, single-herb supplement crafted to support libido and overall sexual wellness. Unlike other supplements and multi-herb formulas available in the market, our Greenbush Muira Puama extract is a natural, single-herb supplement without fillers or additives that is carefully extracted to deliver as much of the active herb, Ptychopetalum olacoides, as possible.
What’s In Muira Puama?
Muira puama comes from the roots and bark of a tree native to the Amazon rainforest, where it has traditionally been called “potent wood” and used in teas and herbal mixtures by both men and women for centuries. It’s especially well known in French and South American herbal traditions, where its traditional use in supporting nervous system and sexual wellness has been documented for generations.
How Do I Use It?
Take a half milliliter (1/2ml) three times daily, or as instructed, for a total dosage of one and a half milliliters (1-1/2ml) per day.
The taste of a concentrated extract can be powerful. If you aren’t used to taking herbal extracts yet, it’s recommended to mix it into your favorite tea, juice, or water to make the experience more enjoyable.
Remember, natural herbs are a commitment to your health over time and not an overnight silver bullet. What matters most is to take enough of the herb, and to take it consistently.
If you have any questions about this herb or how to take it, please contact us. We are here to help!
What Should I Expect?
Muira puama is one of the most traditionally used herbs for libido support in South American herbalism. As with any natural herb, individual experiences vary — what matters most is using enough of the herb, consistently, over time.
