Gotu Kola Concentrated Extract
Our alcohol-free Greenbush Gotu Kola extract is a natural, single-herb supplement crafted to support rejuvenation and overall mental wellness. Unlike other supplements and multi-herb formulas available in the market, our Greenbush Gotu Kola extract is a natural, single-herb supplement without fillers or additives that is carefully extracted to deliver as much of the active herb, Centella asiatica, as possible.
What’s In Gotu Kola?
Gotu Kola has been used in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine for centuries, valued as an age tonic for longevity and mental clarity. We use a cold-extraction process for our liquid supplements rather than the heat-extraction methods used for most traditional extracts — this helps maintain the plant’s natural properties in a base of vegetable glycerin and water, which is easily absorbed and tastes naturally sweet.
How Do I Use It?
Take a half milliliter (1/2ml) three times daily, or as instructed, for a total dosage of one and a half milliliters (1-1/2ml) per day.
The taste of a concentrated extract can be powerful. If you aren’t used to taking herbal extracts yet, it’s recommended to mix it into your favorite tea, juice, or water to make the experience more enjoyable.
Remember, natural herbs are a commitment to your health over time and not an overnight silver bullet. What matters most is to take enough of the herb, and to take it consistently.
If you have any questions about this herb or how to take it, please contact us. We are here to help!
What Should I Expect?
Gotu Kola is a non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free formula suitable for most dietary needs. As with any natural herb, individual experiences vary — what matters most is using enough of the herb, consistently, over time.
