The easiest way to take the extract

The two doing the work
Fenugreek — the herb most associated with traditional breast-enhancement use, and the same one at the centre of our extract and capsules. Contains diosgenin and other plant phyto-estrogens.

The four that settle it

Basil, lemongrass and marjoram. Aromatics. They are in the blend for flavour, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend every herb is doing pharmacology.

How to brew it
Two teaspoons, 6–8 minutes
Two teaspoons of loose leaf to 12oz of hot water, 180–220°F, brewed six to eight minutes. Two to three cups a day. Honey or cinnamon to taste, though the anise and fennel mean most people take it as it comes.
Stir the extract in
