Letters of the Week S.C. writes: Things are going well with the herbs! It's the second time I've done the breast enlargement thing, so I'm used to the routine by now. :) The first time, I tinkered around with various different combinations of herbs, various other techniques as well. I got somewhat burnt out with the routine after a while, so I eventually quit. I did gain about 1" to a 1/2" (went from a normal 34B to a large 34B / small 34C), during that time though, so I knew it worked. In my first time around, I bought herbs from the Vitamin Shoppe, and though I think their stuff is OK quality, it pales in comparison to what you guys sell!! One of the biggest tip-offs as to the quality of your herbs to me was the actual COLOR of ground herb in the capsules and in the dry bulk herbs -- for example, all of the capsules I used from the Vitamin Shoppe before were various dingy shades of brown. I sometimes had a hard time telling which capsules were which herb, when I had mixed them in my pill box. When I opened the bottles of capsules for your herbs, I was shocked!! The fenugreek was a light bright yellow, the wild yam was light brown, and the saw palmetto was a deep rich brown color!! I'm no expert on herbs, but it would seem to me that the richer, more intense color of the ground herb would indicate that the herbs are much fresher and more potent. As I said, this 2nd time around, I wanted to use higher quality products, and I heard a lot of rave reviews for Greenbush. Your kits are a great value, and really take a lot of the complexity out of figuring out what to get, especially if it were your first time buying herbs for breast enlargement. I'm about 2 weeks into using your herbs now, and I've noticed a lot of fullness already. Not any significant measurable growth yet, but I'm sure that will come eventually. I'm taking 2 each of the capsules 3x daily, tea, and massage. I've ordered liquid wild yam extract to add to my massage -- I found the ground herb to be kindof obnoxious to massage with, and I've had good results using extracts in massage before. I can't WAIT to see the difference with your extract versus the inferior quality extract I was using before!! I'm aiming for a full C cup (possibly a small D cup) this time around, and I'm very confident thus far! I also found that I had success using some other additional methods to "boost" my results with the herbs. To anyone who wants to do more to help their growth along: Hypnosis doesn't work for everyone, but I found a good source that I bought an MP3 from (the free ones tend to really stink, in my opinion -- I've listened to a few) -- I do feel that it helps a lot in terms of getting my body and mind in the right mode for making these changes. A lot of people underestimate the mind's power over the body. If anything, hypnosis will help you to relax and start thinking positively about your breasts (as opposed to hating them). I listen to my session sometimes after the massage, since it seems to me to be the best time. If you're opposed to using hypnosis, you could also try just meditating (perhaps during the massage), and overall trying to take a more positive attitude towards your breasts. I heard a story about some woman on Ricki Lake who made her breasts grow by "talking" to them. Who knows if it's true, but the power of positive thinking is undeniable. Instead of constantly cursing your boobs for how small they are and how much you hate them, think of the herbs, tea, and massage as your new routine of "pampering" them. If you take a positive outlook on what you are doing, you are much more likely to have success. :) If I could offer any advice to anyone thinking about trying this method of breast enlargement it would be this -- breast implants are expensive, they look horrible (in my humble opinion), and the possible complications could be disastrous. Do yourself a favor, and give this a try. Yes, there's a possibility herbal breast enlargement might not work for you, but that's the absolute worst case scenario. Even if your results are slow, it's WELL worth it. Also, you will GREATLY increase your chances of this working well for you (and working quickly -- we all want that!!) if you buy quality herbs from a quality source, such as these guys (Greenbush). Speaking from experience, buying the cheaper stuff might still work, but I found my results were slow, and I eventually got frustrated that changes weren't happening quickly enough. Kathy writes: I am ecstatic!!! I have grown 1" from 33" to 34" in the last 2 weeks I have been on your products. I knew this would happen even before I started your program. Your products are exactly what I was looking for. You can use me as a testimonial. As a teenager, I did not develop at all. When I was 24 (1989), I had silicone breast implants. I was never comfortable with my implants and wish I never had it done. 4 years later, I had another set of implants that were a size smaller and filled with saline instead of silicone. One other comment - My right breast was always smaller than my left and so I massaged my right breast much more than the left and now both of them are of equal sizes already!!! This is so amazing!!
