I am a 25 year old woman, and My 80 year old grandmother and I love your products, and they work amazingly well for both of us!!! I can not say enough about the quality of these products. We both use the Breast enhancement and Cellulite tinctures. We put them directly under our tongues. We use the breast enhancement with a little oil for a massage after a shower, and add some of the cellulite tincture to the cellulite oil and use that as well for an after shower massage. Ive shopped here before and I have to say that your breast enhancement system (the easy one) really works. Ive used it for 2 1/2 months and have gone from a C cup to a DD. I've read the testimonials, and am convinced that daily massages are important. Well, the testimonials were what convinced me to TRY your product. I wanted to believe it would work, but I really had an awful lot of skepticism. Between 5 aunts and one sister, only one aunt is smaller than I am, and the others all are far, far larger than average. I felt very cheated. So I ordered the enhancement liquid herbs and also some fenugreek ground seed. The fenugreek mixed into a sort of paste was awful to try to put on my breast, and I hated how it fell off and would not spread. So I read testimonials again. Through of series of trial and error, this is the procedure I now use: I mix the ground fenugreek with olive oil to make it into a paste that is sort of drippy. I lay out a piece of plastic wrap on the bed that will cover me all the way under both my armpits. Then I put my microwavable heating pad (8"x12") into the microwave for 2 minutes. Then I massage the oil/herb mixture into my breasts leaning over the sink when I add it to each breast (since it is drippy) then rub it in for 3-5 minutes (one hand on each breast) making sure that I massage it into my nipples and areola thoroughly (as I know from breast feeding for 5+ years and my breast feeding groups that the nipples and areola are the areas that transfers virus and immunity back and forth from baby to mom). It seemed logical that this would also transfer IN the herbs. After I get the blood circulating over my entire breasts and feel the tingling from blood circulating (because I give it a good rubdown), I bend over the plastic wrap (to be sure that my breasts are entirely covered), and pick the plastic wrap up on my breasts and cover under my arms. I use a handcloth to wipe clean the mixture that is outside of the plastic wrap. Then I cover myself with a towel and turn the heating pad over to the other side (it is folded in the microwave). I microwave it 2 minutes more, then I lay face down on the pad with the towel between pad and me holding the sides up against my breasts. After 20 minutes, I put the heating pad back in the microwave for 2 minutes. I lay down on my back and lay the heating pad on my chest for 20 minutes. Then I wash it off in the shower. (The reason that I lay on it and then lay it on me is because the first time I cover my breasts from the bottom and sides, and the second time I cover them from the center and top. I used this method for about 10 days, then I went on vacation. Then I returned and began again after I returned from 10 days of vacation. I have used the method again now for a week, quit for the 3 day weekend my husband has off work (too busy) and started again Monday. Today is Tuesday, and I have gained 2.5" in those 15 days of use. A week ago, I started contemplating about how I could get my chest above my breasts to fill out a little. Well, I remembered that glandular tissue runs under the arms and most of the way up to the collar bones. So wanting to add more to that (measured 39.25"), I began to put the fenugreek up my chest > about 3" below my collar bone. In a week, I need a 40 bra! I am also taking the Enhancement Blend formula (liquid) (1/3 dropperful 3x daily -- tastes good!), Saw Palmetto (1/2 ml 3x daily--tastes good!), Fenugreek (1/2 ml 3x daily--not at all good tasting!), fennel (1/2 ml 3x daily--can get it down), and I occasionally take some Wild Yam (the taste of which highly offends me). I put all of these under my tongue. It amazes me because I have gone from a 38C (well filled) or 38DD (pretty well filled) to growing out of my largest 38D. This has happened in 15 days of use. AND with my wide rib cage, my breasts were shaped sort of like this V V. This made me look like I didn't have much because of my wide rib cage, and frankly after nursing 5+ years, they didn't point up like they used to but were searching the floor to see what they had lost. My new husband even commented that his ex was large *GRRRRRR* and I basically didn't have much there. (What a letdown to have your new husband make that kind of comment. It has been a little over a month now since I re-started the herbs (fenugreek, wild yam, saw palmetto) and I have had a 1 inch gain thus far. I started slowly with teas and massage only and gradually added the herbal capsules one at a time, about a week for each one. I finally am up to all three herbs. I have found that my body adjusted very well this way. For the teas, I sometimes brew the herbs with water and a little Aloe Very juice, but lately I have been brewing with different juices. I have found that the flavor is much more enjoyable this way. Brewing with juice (apple, grape, cranberry, raspberry) does not change the effectiveness of the herbs does it? I would not think so, but thought I might ought to ask just in case. Also, I have been brewing 2 tablespoons of herbs with 10 ounces of liquid, twice. I understand this is a pretty strong tea, is it not? Do you think at any point I should increase the amount of tea I drink per day? In one email you suggesting increasing the amount of tea-how would be the most effective way to do that? I am pleased with my success thus far and hope it continues. here is the yemenite recipe for chilbeh, made w/ fenugreek seeds. We add a clove of fresh garlic, and a tsp or so of fresh lemon juice. any way, its delicious and healthy: We also learned from our Yemenite friends, to wash fresh cilantro (a bunch per recipe) and put it in the blender w/ the chilbeh (helbeh) and blend till almost totally smooth (ALMOST, not totally, as I was instructed by a woman who was raised in Yemen). We don't use the tomato either. again, they use tomato, and we don't, and we add the cilantro which is incredibly healthy and also delicious, and we add a clove or 2 of garlic, either blended in, or crushed to put in. the whipping of it, can be done in a kitchen aid, with the whipper piece, w hich is used to whip eggs 2 tablespoons ground fenugreek About 2 cups cold water 1 to 2 teaspoons z’chug (page 000), or 1 to 3 small hot green chilies About ¼ teaspoon table salt, or ½ teaspoon kosher salt 2 to 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice About ¼ cup water 1. Soak the fenugreek in the 2 cups water until it develops a jelly-like consistency, at least 3 hours and preferably overnight. This also removes some of the bitterness. Pour off the water. 2. With a mortar and pestle or in a blender or food processor, process the fenugreek, z’chug, and salt into a paste. Gradually beat in the lemon juice and enough water to produce a smooth mixture with the consistency of mayonnaise. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. If it becomes too firm, beat in a little additional water. Serve with pita or other flat breads, falafel, and various light dishes. Or stir a little into soups and stews for texture and flavor. VARIATIONS Omit the lemon juice and add ¼ to 1 cup tomato puree or 1 teaspoon tomato paste and, if desired, 1 to 3 cloves garlic. Things are going very well with the herbs. I am seeing some results now after only a month and a half. In the past I had consulted you in regards to some blemishes that were popping up. I can now say with your advice I continued taking the herbs and purchased a multi-vitamin with 15mg of zinc and my skin is looking great. I have finally formulated a delicious tea using fenugreek powder. I brew 10 tbsp of fenugreek with 6 cups water and 6 cups apple juice; then steep 2 bags of the complimentary raspberry teas given with initial purchase and chill. Add a few tsp of instant ice tea mix for sweetness. viola, a healthy sweet beverage. The breast enhancement herbs have been very successful -- interestingly, we've noticed that the herbs change my girlfriend's scent and, honestly, flavor (she's never tasted badly, but WOWSERS! now I understand why people started putting fennel in sausage!) The bitterness of the herbs just makes the hot cocoa taste like it is made with a darker chocolate. I do the breast massage a few times per week, but I can tell it would be more effective if I did it every night because when I wake up in the morning and shower off the herbs I left on overnight, I can tell they have been at work. I'll share what I do with the herbs used for massage: I mix them in a wide mouthed jar with enough virgin olive oil to make a smooth paste that is similar in texture to pancake batter. I leave the spoon in the jar and at night, I put a spoonful of the paste in my palm and then rub both palms together to distribute the paste. I do the massage for about five minutes while I listen to classical music. Then, I wrap cellophane around my breasts and back, put on my jammies, put a microwaveable heating pad on my chest and crawl into bed to read a good book. The warmth of the heating pad feels wonderful, and it makes sense that it might help the herbs to be better absorbed into the skin. I leave the herbs on overnight. The thing I feel the most grateful about in all this, is that I feel more feminine already. A woman is a woman is a woman, I know. But a woman feels more like a woman if she's got something to show! It's true, isn't it? This is our second order for my fiancee. She has seen a change from 34B to almost 36B using the Breast Enlargment kit, and has had no ill side effects or problems. By the way, the herbs are still doing a great job. I'm still making 'measurable' progress. I'm now making a tea from the Fenugreek powdered herb the same as I did with the Fennel powder. It's really delicious! I use my coffee maker (it never sees coffee) to make the tea (a whole pitcher full). I add honey and lemon to the pitcher, stir and wholla...a delicious beverage that I drink both hot and cold. I hope it's okay, because I drink almost the entire pitcher full each day. Once a day, I add each of the 'enhancement' herbs in liquid extract form to a warm cup of the tea...it's great. Just thought I'd let you know. I Can't believe what's happening. This is now day 12. I have increased my measurement by 1 1/2 inches (from 36 to 37 1/2). I have also noticed a definate fullness and tenderness in my breasts. I am taking 2 each of Saw Palmetto, Wild Yam and Fenugreek three times a day. I am also drinking one to two cups of Fenugreek tea and doing a massage with Fenugreek and lotion once to twice a day and adding heat for about 1/2 hour. But to my amazement there was a undeniable inch and a half more than when i last measured! really amazing! I haven't seen dramatic results over the last couple of months. When I first started the herbs I gained 2 inches no problem. I have only gained about 1/4 of an inch in the last 2 1/2 months but that's ok. I am going to take them as long as something is still happening. It has been a little over a month now since I re-started the herbs (fenugreek, wild yam, saw palmetto) and I have had a 1 inch gain thus far. I started slowly with teas and massage only and gradually added the herbal capsules one at a time, about a week for each one. I finally am up to all three herbs. I have found that my body adjusted very well this way. For the teas, I sometimes brew the herbs with water and a little Aloe Very juice, but lately I have been brewing with different juices. I have found that the flavor is much more enjoyable this way. Brewing with juice (apple, grape, cranberry, raspberry) does not change the effectiveness of the herbs does it? I have a friend that does skin care and she does lots of body wraps in her spa. She explained that when a product is applied to the skin, heat helps it to absorb to it's full potential into the skin. I told her about the program that I was on (Breast Enlargement Kit #2) and told her about the bulk herbs for massage and teas. She thought it would be helpful to do the massage with an oil or lotion containing the herbs and then follow that with a thick layer of the product covering the breasts. Hi, I wanted to share an idea for use with the herbal powers - I have used both the fennel and the fenugreek powders for tea (they actually taste ok with cinnamon and a sweetener!)But I didn't want to just throw away the "grounds" left in the coffee maker, so, this may sound strange, but I spread the "grounds" that are a sort of paste consistancy on some plastic wrap and then put it on my breasts. Hello, Just a note (actually, this has turned out to be a very long letter) to let you know that I am just starting my eighth week taking kit #2 and my breasts have increased from 33 1/2 A to 36 1/2 B. I take two of each herb three times a day; consume one tablespoon of each of the fennel and fenugreek in tea, juice, or just hot water and sweetener; and massage my breasts morning and night with my lotion mixed with fennel and fenugreek. I massage only until the herbs start to flake off and then leave the herbs right on my breasts. I have actually been able to feel my breasts growing. The herbs arrived just in time for PMS when my breasts always increase anyway and that seemed like a great time to start taking the herbs. I experienced fuller, firmer, and more shapely breasts right away with an extreme elasticity not to be believed. My breasts went from 33 1/2 to 35 at first. My next PMS time I went to 36 but shrunk back to 35. I just went through another PMS time when my breasts went to 36 B but shrunk back to barely 35. I have added one of each of the soy isoflavones and evening primrose and two of each of the red clover three times a day to my usual herb consumption feeling that I could use any extra help I could get. One night my man paid a lot of attention to my breasts and the next day I could feel them growing. I came home from work and measured them. Sure enough I had gone back to my PMS size of 36. I was so excited. I just measured this morning and I am now a 36 1/2 B. I never had to pay much attention to holding up my small, firm breasts but now I have had to be conscious of holding them up and using my muscles more. I know 36 1/2 B is small compared to a D or DD cup but I actually have a cleavage now and I love my breasts. Positive thinking is (I feel) a very important factor in the breast enhancing process. I try to give my body positive vibes and have asked my man to do so. Apparently it works because when he gave them all that attention they were just so happy that they decided to grow. Another thing is that I started back doing aerobics on the morning of the day my breasts grew to 36 again. I'm not sure if t! hat may have played a role. I do try to exercise daily. I've always tried to ride my mountain bike as often as possible but now I am alternating between my bike rides and aerobics for a daily workout. Now that my breasts are growing (WOW!) I need to work on keeping them it even though the herbs make them so very firm. I'm hoping to get to a C cup (at least - we'll see how I feel if I get there). I just went for my annual exam and told my practicitioner about the herbs. She had some knowledge of these herbs but wanted to know more about how they worked to increase breasts. During my breast exam I believe she noticed the firmness and texture of my breasts. Secretly, I think she was interested for herself since her breasts are small and she is in her 40's like me. Well, thanks again. I've got to get ready to go out for my bike ride. It is a beautiful, sunny day in North Calais, Vermont and your herbs have made my spirits soar! I didn't see the dramatic results indicated in some of the testimonials; my progress has been more of the "slow and steady" kind. I say that to encourage anyone else who may not be seeing immediate results. It actually took me about a month to notice any significant change. I did, however, feel the same tenderness I recall from puberty shortly after beginning the 3-month program. I also wrote earlier about the adverse effect of a splitting headache I experienced because I took too much of the herbs too quickly, without easing my body into it. Greenbush recommends 1 capsule of each of the three herbs (fenugreek, saw palmetto, and wild yam root) 3 times per day at first, even easing into that dosage by starting off with just one of the herbs for a few days and adding another one, one at a time. I can speak from experience that that's really a good idea! I'm sure my small stature played a large part in my body getting adjusted to the herbs, but after 6 weeks of taking the herbs and drinking the tea, I can now tolerate each of the herb capsules 4 times per day. For me, that seems to be enough. I would encourage anyone just starting the program to ease into the dosage slowly and carefully. I know you're excited to begin growing, but I think you'll feel much better if you are patient.
