Using the Herbs: The amount that you will need for breast enhancement varies from person to person. There is no magical formula or specific ingredient. It is important to use massage as part of the program with any of the kits in order to increase circulation and absorption of the herbs. Choosing a Kit: If this is completely new to you it may be best to start with the kit #1 or #2 or #3 and start the herbs one at a time. Problems with these herbs are very rare. But in the unlikely event that one of them disagrees with you, it can be eliminated from the program. As you continue you may choose from any of the many forms of the herbs. You may find it easier at this point to try the Enhancement Blend capsule and extract. Or you may simply continue with one of the kits. The Kit # 1 is a starter kit with about a 30 day supply of the herbs. Many women start with the Kit # 2 since it is a better value. The liquid extracts in the Kit # 3 are easier to use, particularly for massage. These pure and powerful extracts are becoming popular since they allow you to use the program with less effort. Simply add some to any sort of beverage and a little to some lotion for massage. The new Enhancement Blend capsules and extracts blend the same herbs together and are the simplest method. See the instructions below to get started with your herbs today. Using the Kits #1 and #2: Capsules Start the herbs one at a time: one capsule three times per day. Allow a day or two before adding the next herb. This allows your system to adjust. Tea Use one full tablespoon of the herb with 10 ounces of water. Make this in a coffee maker just as you would make coffee. Add a little cinnamon or mint and honey for flavor. (With the kit #2 you can mix or alternate the fenugreek and fennel). Massage Start with a sprinkle of herb in a little lotion or massage oil. Massage for five minutes. Add a hot towel for 20 minutes. After a couple of weeks you may begin to increase the amounts until you begin to feel some changes. New Enhancement Blend Kit... Take 2 capsules three times per day along with 1ml of extract in any sort of beverage. Massage with 1ml of extract in lotion or oil once per day. Add a hot towel or heating pad for 20 minutes after massage when possible. Increase gradually if necessary until you begin to feel and see results. Kit #3 Liquid Extracts The extracts are easy to use. Simply start with 1/2 ml (about 1/2 dropper) 3 times per day. Introduce them one at a time to allow your system to adjust. In addition, massage once per day for five minutes with a small amount of each herb in a little lotion or massage oil. Add a hot towel for 20 minutes when possible. After a couple of weeks you may begin to increase the amounts a little until you begin to feel some changes. Enhancement Blend Start with one capsule 3 times per day, increase to two and finally to three capsules 3 times per day. Add some tea or extract and daily massage to this program. Other Herbs When adding additional herbs simply use the instructions on the packages. It is best to add them after you have the rest of the program going.
